Doc free surgery

Seemed really busy today and we felt a bit short on the ground with doctors. Quick glance at the pigeon holes explains why - hardly any one at work today.
The pigeon holes are hardly used these days - the vast majority of letters and reports appear electronically. Must say I rather miss the paper and the old paper notes.
