Break in the rain

The sun tried to come out for a few moments at lunchtime. I caught this wee fella stocking up.

Of course, as soon as I pointed my camera in his direction, the wind got up and the bush started to blow around. This was as good as it got.

I felt it was a bit better than another rain-drenched shot.

Well, I'd better get back to finishing off my bread. I've done a double batch today so that I can give them to a couple of friends. It's a cheap and easy gift which people seem to appreciate. =)

1st day of summer? Yeah, right!
