Viva Victory!

Today was a victory for one of my labmates, Salvatorre (second one sitting from the left). He has just finished his PhD viva and it was such an inspiration to see someone from the group finish with minimal hitch (minor corrections!) on his thesis. It's scary and exciting at the same time that i am just a few months (years?) away from being in this position. We celebrated with wine at his viva venue and a few more drinks and nourishing food at the Duck afterwards :)
