The Word Square

My tennis game was cancelled today due to rain so to keep the brain ticking over I embarked on a word quiz. You need to get as many 4 or more lettered words from the 9 letters and each word must contain the letter in the middle. (Its usually easiest when there is an 'E' in the middle). This proved to be a difficult one. Between the Head Gardener and me, we got 17. 10 minutes on the clock, mind.
