Schrödinger's Bike?

I noticed these bicycle lock boxes today. Pretty cool.

By the laws of quantum mechanics, if the bike has a probability of having a flat tire or not (because there maybe a cat in there desperately trying to escape a death inducing experiment) it will exist in both states until someone opens the box and observes the outcome... or something like that.

Kinda like images on a memory card. They may be good or they may be bad. You don't really know until you observe them on the computer.
