Delhi customer visits: Day 1

Full day of meetings today with my new agent and then 4 customers up and down Ansari Rd, THE place to be in Delhi if you're a book distributor here/anything to do with books really!

This is a new office of an old customer who has broken off to run his own place, nicely done inside and chock full of books of course, both in the shop floor but then downstairs too... Reliably informed that was just a small selection of stock too and that the majority is actually stored in additional warehouses...

Always good to get out and about and really like my customers here but had forgotten how indifferent I am to Delhi as a place to visit, in the main not really my sort of city at all...

Pretty exhausted now after a long few days, today included... Just had some dinner, now a very much needed shower then a desperate attempt to actually get an early, or at least sensible nigh's sleep!
