Bridge Strengthening

The road bridge over Plantsbrook Stream at the end of my road is being strengthened. The work is scheduled to take 16 weeks so must be quite extensive. Wouldn't fancy the job of the guy in the water who appeared to be going under the bridge and reporting back to the workmen up top!
