Arthur.....

Ella and I were both in our beds reading tonight when a squeak and a commotion in the hallway meant only one thing....Daisy had caught something and was bringing it in to show us!

Ella made me go and save the creature, which turned out to be a little baby mouse. Usually Daisy does a pretty good job with them but this little one was unharmed but shocked.
I am not a mouse-lover at all , but did feel sorry for him and wrapped him up and gave him some time to recover before I decided the best thing to do was release him over the fence into a neighbours garden away from where Daisy had probably got him from!
Nature can be harsh....hope he doesn't turn back up inside again tonight!
