For The Burd

I was at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh today as the Presiding Officer, Tricia Marwick, was announcing that the Parliament had acquired artwork by the late George Wyllie.
This picture shows Louise Wyllie, George's elder daughter, talking to BBC Scotland news reporter, David Lockhart.
She is being surveyed from above by a smaller version of George's original Berlin Burd, which now has a permanent nest in Holyrood.
Proper puffed out tonight as I was up writing til 2am this morning.
