I did it!

YAY, YAY, and YAY again.
Have finally managed to lose the next half stone, making it to a 4 and a half stone loss. This half a stone has taken almost 3 months. Hopefully it'll go faster now. I'm thinking I need to plan a celebratory visit to the 'Treatment Rooms', for a massage or facial, when I get to the 5 stone mark.

One of my lovely ladies gave me this cupcake today (which she and her husband had received a whole tray of them after the birth of their baby). So I asked if I could take it home and eat it after SW tonight! Going to go and make a cuppa and eat it now!
