Wrestling with the cool (er)

It did not look like an interesting scene when I came upon it;-just two guys on the back of a truck with a large wooden crate. Slowly they removed the wooden crate and all the polythene wrapping to expose this chiller cabinet.
Then for a few minutes the guy in the picture wrestled with it, turning it this way and that, while the second guy crawled around on his hands and knees inspecting beneath it.
I took the shot and left, wondering why they had not left the case on it, to at least avoid damaging it while they dropped it off the lorry?
