Mary

A great day in the garden making the most of the dry weather, rain is coming our way! Took a walk with Mary, one of the first friends I made when I arrived in West Cork twenty years ago. Back then we both grew vegetables, plants and flowers for the Bantry Country Market, no longer in existence. These days Mary heads of for warmer climates to avoid the wet, grey winter months here in Ireland. After a walk we were joined by two other friends who have been away traveling for the winter one in South America the other in and Tanzania, lots of interesting tales to hear over supper.
