Another London blip.

You know what. I had convinced myself that I hated working in London but this week has been a really enjoyable visit. Been staying at Tower bridge and our office is at London Bridge so it's about a mile walk and it's such a fantastic place to wander around. The streets around the office so so quaint, all cobbles and nice shops and cafés and sandwich shops. We are also very very close to borough market which is very cool

After theatre trip last night I jumped out of bed this morning at 6 and went for my first run in ages - across Tower Bridge then along the south bank to London bridge and back again. Was just out for 30 mins but loved it. Was so uplifting and didn't feel like a chore as was distracted by the sights and sounds.

I am new to running and find that it really helps me to think.

Mom is having a much better day today and Pops had managed to sort out that her future treatment will either be at home or through the hospice rather than the hospital. The hospice have a much better understanding of treating the person not the disease and have already been marvellous.

Heading back to Mancland now.
