Pink tree ...

At the end of my road is this pretty tree in blossom - it looks like fluffy floss and is very pale pink - pretty.

Workshop going well, yesterday saw a revelation by the team on the difference we can make to the process and today had the first set of approvals on the future plans. Further approval to be sought tomorrow before putting the finalised agreed plans on Friday to the Director/Chief Officers and CEO! We've all been reminded that this is the easy part, putting it into practice is the hardest! Roll on tomorrow..........
