Desuetude?

DDWs March 2014 Vocabulary Challenge - Desuetude

Desuetude, a state of disrepair, and no longer used. As this radiator should be - no longer used. It is in rather an interesting state. Colourful in a sort of modern art way, its lines railing against the greed of utility companies? Either that, or it simply needs condemned. Okay. So it needs to be condemned. Seriously.
