This is not my usual blip but there is a purpose..today is the start of a campaign on facebook to take a barefaced selfie (ie without make-up) to raise awareness.

This is my selfie as, like many others, I have been affected by cancer in the last few years as my friend Paul lost his battle, my Dad won his battle and my Mum is just starting hers...
