Misterprime was asking me whether I'd liked Under The Skin the other night, so for the benefit of him and anyone else who's interested I can report that I liked it very much. It's pretty startling, it doesn't really make any concessions to anyone and as such it might not be to everyone's taste. But it was certainly to mine.
