Gear update...

I needed an image for an online them and decided to line up all the camera kids and shoot them with the newest member of the family, a Sony NEX-6. I was testing it's ability to drive off camera flash with an attached trigger. Seems to work OK.

Why a Sony? I wanted a "travel" camera. I really wanted to stay with Nikon, but the Sony Nex's received some of the highest scores next to the Fuji's. Of course I've already ordered an adapter so I can use my Nikon 50mm 1.4. Cuba, here we come!!!!

Oh ya, the bright blue family members is T's. She wanted something small, that could drop, get wet, and was relatively destruction free. The price point on the S32 was too good to pass up, and she loves it. Bonus for her is that it shoots vids of the fur children! Watch out FB!!! Bonus for me is she won't be bored when I'm firing the Sony off in Cuba!
