Chubby Chalk

The trio enjoyed a bit of fun drawing on the balcony with chubby chalk. It is so much better than the normal chalk that manages to break into zillions of pieces within seconds.

We had a visit from Ruth today and she gave Oscar and Bailee early birthday (Eek, I said it!) presents.

Oscar got a 'Rubbish Truck' that we had previously battled with him about buying in Virgin Megastore. He was adamant about needing it, but we stuck to our guns, trying to encourage more appreciation of gifts. So you can imagine the look of delight when the gift was received. As a bonus, it glows in the dark, and he hasn't played with any other toy since.

Bailee got a gorgeous tin tea set. Fantastic with tiled floors (Compared to melamine). She actually slept with it that night. I will definitely be posting a photo, so watch this spot. The funny thing is, is that Maple loves to play with the tea set as soon as Bailee is out of sight! She really has taken a shine to it.
