DDW March Challenge #18 Exiguous

Taking center stage is the most exiguous of the Matryoshka dolls pictured here, about 2" tall. Also called Russian nesting dolls, they are traditionally wooden and are placed one inside the other in decreasing size. This group of 6 dolls was a gift from a Russian student many years ago.

Little lamb, did you run off from Mary?
Was she getting a bit too contrary?
Well, you're only a pup,
An exiguous tup.
