Thirlmere in drizzle

Possibly one of the least inspiring Lake District excursions I have ever undertaken. The best bit was the cafe at St John's in the Vale (the ice cream van in the car park did not appeal). Camera did not make it out of the shiny new bag. Ended the day at Derwentwater after the rain stopped but I appeared to be suffering from composition deficit disorder. Should have just hunkered down in a cafe in Keswick instead!
