Fashion...

I've done a wee bit of work with a group of girls from our secondaries who have been together for 6 months, working on a project. And working on themselves.

These nervous young women have blossomed under the watchful eye of their tutors. They've learned to express gratitude, work together, recognise their strengths, believe in themselves and take tentative steps towards life after school.

Not only that, they organised a fashion show. From securing the wardrobe to styling the models they pulled off a great evening's entertainment. Some of them even had the courage to walk the runway themselves - looking confident and amazing!

I was proud as punch for them. I wish you could've seen the faces of their parents.

My rather charming blip is one of the student models - having done her bit, she's back in the audience cheering on her chums.

I love working in Education!
