Emergency Blip!

...right, so we are getting the kitchen done...as you all know....but we have also had the central heating boiler replaced....today!.......came home to a lovely cosy house with a completely silent boiler that you didn't have to slap to get it to turn on!........bliss!...and the cooker was working!......even better......and the lights in the kitchen were now fixed!....perfect...then...we find gallons of water have been leaking out of the heating system because of a bleed valve that had not been closed by the installer!!!.......bathroom floor soaked, water pouring into the wall cavities of two rooms below..........walls soaking...marks all over the place and peeling wallpaper!........priceless!
