Pfferneuse

Family traditions abound.

First it was Thanksgiving dinner (including, among other things, the infamous green beans, the fine china, and the ceremonial playing of Alice's Restaurant Massacree).

Then the Day-After-Thanksgiving Enchiladas.

Today we make the pfferneuse (cookies) and seal them in tins to be opened on Christmas.
