Kames
It was a very hard strenuous job today. This wasn’t because of absolute area we had to cover (it was quite small really) just the incredibly rough post harvest woodland we had to traverse.
The collapsed brash forms a carpet over the steep ground and often it was easier to take an 80 metre detour to reach the next point, a direct five paces away, rather than risk falling through a hole in the stuff. I am tired tonight.
This is a waterfall on the burn at Kames.
