Mac Pie Supper Sitooterie

Me and the Forvie seals, hundreds of them, captured on camera by Sam. This wee Wednesday adventure was followed by a sitooterie chip supper with Sam, Tess, Grace and Georgie at Balmedie Beach at 6.30pm, freezing our knickers off but shivering through the pain for the love of macaroni pies and the steely determination of shouting out "THIS IS SUMMER!" Gerald Butler styleee. Not sure if Grace and George actually want to be dragged on a Wednesday tour of local haunts before they go back to the homeland. But it was nonetheless a moment of serenity amid a usual week of full time work, unusually sprinkled with being out 6 nights out of 7 for more work, or community meetings or get-togethers. So it was good to remember what my own kids actually look like....Dave, pretty much.
