Indoor Blip

I didn't go out today. Thank you for all your advice yesterday I shall be trying everything to help ease this cough and my sore chest. I haven't got a cold or anything it's a very strange virus!!

I haven't done a MonoMonday shot which was water this week oh well c'est la vie!!
