art day and mimi's

really successful art day with Laura even if we ended up in more shops than galleries.

we had planned to go to the rsa, the portrait gallery and the Talbot rice here the rather long list of where we ended up

rsa shop, fruit market gallery and shop, city art centre shop stills gallery, more shops, mimi cup cakes for lunch had extremely tasty pulled pork and apple stoves, Talbot rice gallery its closed on Mondays, then museum of Scotland nature photography exhibition, grayfires art shop spent £12 on 4 tiny tubs of water colour paint only went in for 1, then to Marry milk bar which also appears to be closed on Mondays , took the new mini Diana to the gardens to test it out, then back princes street more shop resisted the temptation to buy the 2nd hunger games move as bought paint and some t-shirts, tried to go to a Alice and wonderland themed tea shop but they were closing and finally ended up back at the rsa watching some street performers doing handstands.
