War...

Germany war memorial tributes to soldiers and civilians that gave their lives during WWII. These plaques can be seen in the convent of nuns living in Garmish-Partenkirschen who tried to help German soldiers that tried to seek asylum from the allied forces. The nuns stole clothing from the rich people in the lower town of G-P. The plaques are allowed to stay on the wall as long as someone from the family is still alive to come and maintain the the plaques.
