Today I take to the woods...again...

I hoped in The Yetti (my truck) and headed for some desolation. Off of Highway 67 you can find burn area from the Hayman fire (2002). This area is still annihilated from fire and is incredible to venture through.

I hiked to the top of a ridge line and walked it until I found a sweet rock feature to climb up. After a good sit in the warm March sun, I sat up and sang "I'll Fly Away" then ventured my way back down.

Today was good...
