And I miss you

Remembering our mum who very sadly passed away 3 years today, leaving a huge void in our lives. She was the most amazing person and gave as much in life as in death.

I still remember the day so vividly. I spoke to her in the morning and because I was on my way to a meeting I didn't talk to her for long. If only I knew that would be our last conversation I wouldn't have put the phone down.

The next call I got was from my sister with the fateful news. This is a rare photo of the 3 of us.

I learnt a valuable lesson that day, never to take anything for granted.

I also take consolation that the last words I did say to her was that I love her.
