As part of the upcoming Sport Relief festivities my work's social committee (of which I am a member!) has organised to have a rowing machine stationed in our kitchen to get people active and have some fun!

I did have a quick go this morning while my coffee was brewing. For a short time I was the office leader! I'll try and get that lead back tomorrow!
