Just in the nick of time

AS I am sure has happened to plenty of you, this photo has to be moderated because I never changed the time on my camera when I went back to Texas, and what you would see on the next picture where I managed to focus on the time on the oven, is that the next picture missed the cut off. That's how last minute the photo was, but hey, I got one.
