In the Gardens

We had a trip up to Highdown Gardens today - a lovely garden which is free to visit (it was bequeathed to Worthing Borough Council on the condition that it will always be free for members of the public to go there, though you can make donations towards upkeep, which we usually do). I thought I would post a collage of photos to give a taste of what it was like there :-) In the sunshine it was warm as it's quite sheltered. I was surprised to see some tulips already out (last photo). We had a picnic up on the hill afterwards, looking at the view across Worthing. An enjoyable day!
