Nature often provides the best lines and textures. A broken washing machine - not good news in a house where it is used once a day. It doesn't help that John Lewis wouldn't delivery until next Tuesday at the earliest - an improvement is required there!! So, unfortunately they lost a loyal customer on this occasion and we have one being delivered on Thursday.
