Calgary beach

We had a a drive out this morning heading towards Calgary. John set everything in place all I had to remember was how to leap down a step or three using the crutches.

It was a pleasant morning with the sun shining over the bay showing the many colours of blue and green. I wanted a shot of the colours as well as the water swirling onto the sand and decided this was the better one.

This afternoon we had a few visitors and plenty of chat, the day has disappeared. After the sunshine the mist moved in again but it is now a pleasant spring evening with a tree top bird song to lighten the heart.
