Welcome Home!

Back at home to find the garden has burst open in the few days we were absent. Sweet daffodils and bright narcissus, seductive freesia in purple and yellow and white. Wisteria heavy on the carport droning with fat bees and backed by tiny cream colored roses. Apple and plum blossoms. A few eager roses. Temperatures are insanely warm for March. It should be raining still, but we are preparing for water rationing. MrS is checking the meter every time we do dishes, or laundry, or shower, or run the drip system, trying to map out our usage and create a water budget for the coming months.
