Vientiane

Woke up after a terrible nights sleep and decided to move onto a different guesthouse. The one we found was more expensive but was so much more comfortable and so we didn't mind. It also had wifi and myself and alison had to catch up on some much needed emailing. I went to the local gym that has to be the best gym I've trained in for so long. It also had a spa, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool in a really nice setting. Gutted I didn't bring my swimming costume.

That night we went out for some food which is a great experience and one I will not get bored of. This sounds like a pretty slow and boring day but for us it was great.
