Big rocks kicked my ass. Well my face and hand really.

The rain had arrived so the fast rolling singletrack had turned into a slippery muddy rock garden. This blip was taken 10 minutes before I hit a downhill section a little too fast, sliding my front front wheel out on a rock and going over the bars.

Not nice when you feel your front wheel go, it's always gonna hurt. Slow motion over the bars to glance my helmet (broken) and face (nose broken would bet on) to hands down on the rocky ground (skin loss from fingers on right hand, torn gloves) and from knees.

Decide to call it a day hour and a half into ride and get down to the car park best I can, using my main man John to guide me down.
