Reflections

I'm in Wairoa Bay in the beautiful Bay of Islands. We have just visited Marsden Cross - the site of the first Missionary station in NZ, the first Christian sermon given in NZ on Xmas Day 1814, the site of the first white child born in NZ, and the grave of the first white child who died in NZ.

We then cruised around the bays, and up the Kerikeri Inlet to the Stone Store. Fortunately the weather was perfect - a vast improvement on the weekend weather.
