Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day

We celebrated today. I slow cooked a corn beef today and had our traditional dinner of potatoes, cabbage and corned beef tonight. We even had enough for sandwiches tomorrow night... That is until I left it on the counter and forgot to pull out the breadboard. Who knew that our dog, Chulo, was Irish and wanted to celebrate, too???? Ah well.... We still have potatoes and cabbage! :)

And this little beauty is one of the trilliums down in the wild of the side yard....
