Adjective meaning: Resembling little heaps.

After lunch today we went out Snow Geese "hunting."  But no worries, we only shot them with our cameras!

The amount of snow geese at this location is truly amazing ..... they have to number in the thousands.  The sights and sounds are incredible.  Not sure if this qualifies for today's challenge, but there were heaps of snow geese here today!

Speaking of sights ...... I had my first sighting of a chipmunk today!!  This has got to be the earliest in the year that I have seen one.  I think last year my first sighting wasn't until mid-summer.  I'm thrilled that my little Nipper has survived the winter.
