Feeding himself

Our boy has actually spooned food into his mouth before but this is probably the first time I saw more going into the intended target than onto the floor/his-clothes/my-clothes... We now have the agonising decision of whether to now let him feed himself and accept that a certain degree of messiness is unavoidable or to spoon-feed him until he's at least a teenager.
