Walking with the master of the fells

After yesterday's epic walk, the thought of going out today was not foremost in my mind. But a message on Facebook last night, saw us meet Ray to tick off some of my remaining North west fells.
Ray is one of the most knowledgable men about the Lakeland hills. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge and I'm going to learn all the spot heights of the hills.
A cloudy start but did get some views. Today we climbed Knott Rigg, Ard crags and whinlatter. As with all walks you got to have your walkers reward. So a pint before saying our goodbyes :)
