Onwards and upwards.....

With today's temperature this avenue of trees should be in full leaf and shading us from the sun and beautiful blue sky! I had noticed it on the drive to our lunch venue but there was no opportunity to pull over safely because of all the cyclists travelling the narrow roads with us. However, it was all clear on the way home so I captured it.

Lunch in the company of long time friends was easy and relaxed and the food was delicious. Then back here for coffee... AND the new patio area has been christened!

Now it's time to get into the mindset for the new week. The weekend has seen jobs crossed off my list, so I reckon it's been an ok one.
