Strawberry Shortbread

Who doesn't like strawberries?!?!?! Here are the scores:

They would have been a lot cooler if we used cool cookie cutters like the recipe we have suggested, but the fact that they are just plainly circular does not take away from the awesome taste of these cookies.

Our Advice: Apparently it is very difficult to buy cookie cutters at the store these days. I suggest a little preparation if you are planning to make these cookies. Also, if you want them to look nicer, use a little bit of red food coloring (nothing more than 2 drops) to make the frosting pop and truly show that strawberry color everyone knows.

Make them yourself!
