Sunday down time

Like an empty sheet of paper, I like my Sundays to be clear and free of any obligations. The authoring of my own script for the week is something I've enjoyed doing in Sundays since I was 19. The week may or may not have to be titled with 10, 20, or more tasks to be completed. Ideally, a quiet day of reflection, of breathing easy and appreciating the week behind, thee week ahead and the pause of today-Sunday.
