A Sunny Afternoon in Goring.

Today is a precious day off and it was very good. After catching up with Mum and Dad this morning Rachel, Peter and I went for a walk along the river in Goring this afternoon. What a difference from a few weeks ago, the river levels look normal and with the beautiful warm Spring Sunshine it was hard to imagine how awful it all looked when the levels rose so much. The path by the river and the tress still clearly show the levels the water reached and in some cases it is several feet.
