Early summer

Another lovely day - warm enough to sit out in the garden in a tee shirt. Glorious clear blue sky, and just the sounds of the birds to keep me company. (Oh, and the lawnmowers, plus the occasional plane to or from Luton, a helicopter over the house - why? - and the (thankfully) muffled distant hum of the M25 motorway!).

I decided I should cut my moss grass as well - first cut of the season. The first cut always looks a little rough, but it was good to take the opportunity.

This shot was taken during a brief outing to take some rubbish to the dump - only to find the dump had been closed because it was full! This is a view at the edge of the town.
