One hundred happy days....

Hmmmm, so I have seen a lot about this "#100 happy days" on Facebook (I'm not on Twitter but I understand it is there too). I quite like the idea so have decided along with Lofty, to record, on Blip-land, our 100 happy days...

Day 1
A walk in our beautiful Epping Forest. This is the 'ups and downs' where I normally gallop at full speed on a horse, instead this time using my own foot power, I am huffing and puffing my way to the top, very gently having only had abdominal surgery nearly 2 weeks ago. The sun is shining and I am finally starting to feel better, so this is happy day number one.... outside, exercising, with my Lofty x
